The Best AI Productivity Apps

Since the beginning of this year, I’ve been diving into artificial intelligence (AI) apps. I’ve looked at lots of apps that help you do things more efficiently. The new AI technology is really impressive. To help you work smarter, I’ve put together a list of my top 10 AI apps for planning and managing tasks. I’ll also share a fun fact about each app.

  1. Todoist – This app helps you organize tasks efficiently. It understands when you add tasks using everyday language and gives smart tips for sorting your tasks. It has a view for the next 7 days to help plan ahead. A cool thing about Todoist is its “Productivity Trends” that show how you’ve been doing.
  2. Trello – Trello suggests boards and cards, sets due dates, and labels for you. It has a calendar view for all tasks. It features “Butler,” a tool for making custom commands to save time on repeating tasks.
  3. Any.do – This app helps sort and plan tasks. It understands tasks in simple language and lets you set reminders. It has a planner for your day and a “Focus” mode to keep distractions away. “Moments” remind you to plan your day.
  4. Google Calendar – It suggests meeting times and updates your schedule with bookings. It works with your email and other Google apps. It uses machine learning to schedule meetings considering everyone’s time zones.

  6. Toggl – It tracks time spent on tasks and makes detailed reports. Its AI predicts how long tasks will take, helping you plan better.
